Delores Resendes

Delores Resendes is the office manager for The Law Office of Nick Olguin. Delores has been with the company since 2011 and oversees all operations. She is also the mother of the attorney. Born in Lubbock, Texas, she raised her children in Plainview. She has two other children and has 9 grandchildren.

Delores is bilingual, speaking fluent Spanish and English.

Patricia Mojica

Patricia Mojica has been a legal assistant for the Law Office of Nick Olguin for the past five years.  Patricia was born and raised in Lubbock Texas and graduated from Lubbock High. She is a member of Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska.  She has two sons, Aaron who is currently living in Atlanta, Georgia, and is a graduate of Texas Tech, and Nathaniel who is currently a student at Coronado High School. 

Patricia is bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English.

Michelle Gualdoni

Michelle Gualdoni is a legal assistant for the Law Office of Nick Olguin. Having been in the legal field for twelve years, she has been with the Olguin Law Firm for two years. Her primary job responsibilities are assisting with criminal and family law cases. She is married and has one son and is a native of Lubbock.
