Nick L. Olguin is a native of Plainview, Texas. Mr. Olguin graduated from West Texas A&M University in May of 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. During the summer of 2000, he studied abroad at Oxford University in England with the University Of Oklahoma School Of Law. In May of 2002, Mr. Olguin received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law and joined the State Bar of Texas in 2002.

Out of law school, Mr. Olguin began work with a personal injury law firm in Amarillo, TX. In 2005, Mr. Olguin became a partner in the Amarillo firm but left to pursue his own venture in 2007, opening the doors to The Law Office of Nick L. Olguin. The new firm soon merged with fellow trial lawyer Ryan Price to form Olguin & Price, Attorneys at Law. Olguin & Price, Attorneys at Law now have an office in Woodward, OK, and Mr. Olguin operates his principal law office in Lubbock, TX.

Mr. Olguin is licensed to practice in all state courts in Texas, as well as in federal court in the Northern District of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, Hispanic National Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, South Plains Trial Lawyers Association, Lubbock Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society.

Mr. Olguin’s primary focuses of law are Criminal, Family and Civil Litigation. We have an emphasis on Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Catastrophic Injuries, Products Liability, all Misdemeanor and Felony cases, modification of child support, custody, enforcement, and divorce.
